TCS is governed by the Timothy Christian School Society Incorporated. The society membership elects a board of directors that oversee the matters of the school, including the principal and all of the committees of the school.

Board members are often current parents, grandparents, alumni, community supporters, or local business individuals.

Each board term is 3 years in length and each board member serves on one of the school’s committees. Parents can contact any board member if they have a concern or an idea they would like to discuss.
